Here’s 3 quick and easy scrumptious shakes you can make at home. Serving size for one and all done in less than 2 steps.

Peanut Butter Bonanza

What you will need:img_9256

  • A blender
  • Vanilla ice cream (3 heaped tablespoons)
  • Ice (5 cubes)- alter to desired thickness
  • Peanut butter (1 tablespoon)
  • Whipped cream
  • Peanut punch (half a carton)
  • Cinnamon
  •  Nutmeg (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Flavouring of your choice
  • Toppings of your choice

2 rounds of blending so the milkshake is colder and thicker

1st round: Half a carton of peanut punch (substitute this for 2 spoons of ice cream, if you don’t have it), 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and grater in the nutmeg- fresh nutmeg honestly makes such a difference but you can use ground nutmeg instead.

2nd round: Ice and ice-cream

Blend it up blend it up… then watch it all pour out.. into a cup.

Toppings: Get your whipped cream, then whip-it whip-itThen
sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg and add a your favourite peanut chocolate to top.

Saving about 250 calories per serving, with your typical milkshake being 500kcal!

What you will need:

  • Meal replacement shake of your choice; SlimFast, Herbalife, Proteinworld etc.
  • Ice
  • Nutmeg, Cinnamon
  • Flavourings of your choice
  • Optional skimmed milk, nut milks (hazelnut, cashew, almond etc)
  • Blender, protein shaker bottle

Measure the amount of meal replacement shake as requested on the instructions. To tantalise  your taste buds, add a few drops of your favourite flavouring. Then get little bit of water, then 10 cubes of ice to get it to an extra thick consistency. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Et voila!

Stick everything except the toppings in a blender. Thenn blend blend and blend so it’s silky smooth, unless you prefer it chunky. You could leave it here tbh. Buuut today we’re gonna switch it up a lil…they don’t call it milky monster madness for no reason *future voice*-sorry ignore me :).

Top with whipped cream, sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon and add your monster toppings. I opted for white chocolate cookies, a twinkie, white chocolate wafer straws and marshmallows!milkshake cr.gif
